Primary Teacher (EYFS/KS1) PE Specialist (Epping Forest) Join the Founding Team of a New PrePreparatory School in Epping Forest for September 2026.

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Primary Teacher with a PE specialism to join the founding team of a brandnew prepreparatory school for children aged 37. This role is ideal for a Primary PE Teacher who is passionate about early physical development movement coordination confidencebuilding and nurturing active joyful learners through a knowledgerich curriculum.

As a Primary Teacher with a PE specialism you will help shape a school built on calm classrooms strong routines and a deep understanding of child development. You will introduce young learners to the foundations of PE through fundamental movement skills balance agility teamwork spatial awareness and early gamesbased learning ensuring lessons are engaging structured and ageappropriate within a thoughtfully designed environment.

Who Were Looking For

We welcome applications from a Primary Teacher with a PE specialism who:

• Holds QTS with a strong academic background (PE Sports Science or related field preferred)

• Has experience in EYFS/KS1 or prepreparatory settings (essential) or is an ECT with strong academics

• Understands early child development and the foundations of physical literacy

• Values clarity structure and joyful knowledgerich teaching

• Brings warmth energy and professionalism

• Is excited to help build a new school community from the ground up
