Bullinah Aboriginal Health Service is seeking an experiencedPractice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Clinical Servicesteam.

Working closely with the Executive Officer and a committedmultidisciplinary leadership team youll play a key role in strengtheningclinical services supporting staff and helping shape the future of primaryhealth care at Bullinah.

About the role

As Practice Manager you will:

• Lead the day-to-day operations of BullinahsClinical Services.
• Support and develop a multidisciplinary teamthrough coaching mentoring and clear leadership.
• Oversee Medicare billing funding andoperational systems to maximise efficiency and compliance.
• Drive continuous quality improvementaccreditation and service development.
• Build strong relationships with staffcommunity partner organisations and key stakeholders.
• Support organisational change while fostering apositive and respectful workplace culture.

About you

Youre an experienced and approachable leader who enjoysdeveloping people improving systems and creating a positive workplace lead by example communicate with honesty and respect and know how tobalance operational demands with genuine care for your team.

You have the confidence to lead a busy clinical servicewhile remaining approachable organised and solutions focused. You communicatewell build positive relationships and understand that strong systems and apositive workplace culture go hand in hand.

Youll bring:

• High emotional intelligence approachabilityand professionalism.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a healthor primary care environment.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare practiceoperations and clinical administration.
• Experience leading coaching and developingmultidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent organisational communication andproblem-solving skills.
• The ability to lead change improve systems andbuild collaborative relationships.
• A genuine commitment to culturally safecommunity-centred healthcare.
• Diploma of Practice Management or equivalent orwillingness to obtain.
• Current NSW Driver Licence.
• Working with Children Check and National PoliceCheck.
