Practice Manager 1300SMILES Douglas

As Practice Manager you will:

• Lead coach and develop the practice team building a positive and accountable culture
• Take ownership of day-to-day operations and overall practice performance
• Work closely with clinicians to maintain efficient workflows and high standards of patient care
• Monitor practice performance and identify opportunities to improve growth efficiency and patient engagement
• Drive initiatives that enhance the patient journey from their first interaction through to treatment completion
• Oversee administrative compliance and operational requirements
• Support recruitment onboarding performance management and ongoing team development
• Build strong relationships across the practice and lead by example

Qualifications :

To succeed in this role youll bring:

• Previous Practice Management experience within a dental or healthcare setting
• Strong people leadership skills with a track record of coaching and developing teams
• A solid understanding of dental practice operations KPIs and financial performance
• The ability to identify opportunities for improvement and turn them into action
• Excellent organisational skills and confidence managing competing priorities
• Clear communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clinicians patients and support teams
• Strong computer skills with experience using dental practice management software considered highly desirable.
• A genuine commitment to creating a positive experience for both patients and the team
