EOI Practice and Development Lead (Fixed Term)

We are inviting internal Expressions of Interest for the Practice and Development Lead.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about strengthening workforce capability embedding best practice and driving continuous improvement across our services. The role will work across CFWC/MACS programs to support practice excellence through quality reviews auditsreflective practice workforce development and organisational learning.

This position plays a key role in ensuring our practice remains aligned with organisational standards legislative obligations and service expectations while supporting innovation accountability andsector-leading service delivery.

Contract details: Full-time 38 hours per week classified at SCHADS Award Level 7.1 Fixed-term for 12 months with the possibility of extension The Position Description will be formally reviewed during this periodto ensure alignment with the evolving direction and needs of the organisation
