• Lead a portfolio of client accountsincluding one of theworldsbiggest athletic brands providing senior strategic counsel and ensuring the delivery of exceptional earned-first communications campaigns.

• Build andmaintainstrong senior-level client relationshipsidentifyingopportunities to drive business growth and long-term partnerships.

• Identifyopportunities for organic account growth and lead the development of integrated solutions that address client challenges and business needs.

• Support the professional development of team members through coachingmentoringandtraining

• Oversee account performance including quality of workfinancial managementresourcingand profitability.

• Drive new business opportunities and contribute to agency growthprofileand reputation.

• Partner with the agencys senior leadership team to deliver on the visionvaluesand management philosophies of One Green Bean.

• Contribute to and champion the agencys culture.

About you

• Minimum10 years of experience working agency side or in-house.

• Experience working cross-functionally to deliver integrated communications outcomes

• You take a modern approach to media relations that reflects the current landscape and consumer behaviours.

• Deep understanding of and passion forculture consumers accounts and bringing to ideas that generate conversation and coverage

• Demonstrates strong leadership skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency

• Strong business acumen with the ability to drive new business outcomes for the agency
