Youll join a tight high-performing Digital team (6 people) building and supporting secure enterprise applications used by internal users and operational teams across KBR. This role is based in our KBR Brisbane office offering strong collaboration while maintaining flexibility in how work gets done.

Youll have the opportunity to expand your skillset across both low-code and high-code technologies working in a team thats flexible on the how and encourages you to increasingly take product ownership of the solutions you help build.

This is a hands-on development role (not an admin-only or support-only position) with plenty of varietygreenfield builds enhancements integrations and solutions that deliver real operational impact.

What youll be doing:

Youll deliver projects end-to-end requirements through to build deployment and support using Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 patterns:

• Build and extend ModelDriven Power Apps and Power Automate workflows

• Design Dataverse data models (tables relationships business rules) and implement the Dataverse security model (roles/teams/business units)

• Build integrations with SharePoint Online (auth/access control patterns and REST API usage) and other enterprise systems

• Use high-code extensibility where required: C# plugins Custom APIs JavaScript PCF controls

• Apply good ALM practices: solutions managed/unmanaged solution layering safe deployments and environments

• Troubleshoot complex issues spanning browser identity Dataverse and backend services

• Contribute to strong documentation and uplift the team through knowledge-sharing/mentoring

What were looking for:

• 24 years building enterprise apps using Power Platform (especially ModelDriven Power Automate)

• Good hands-on experience with Dataverse (data modelling security roles/teams/business units)

• Experience integrating with SharePoint Online (including access/permissions patterns and APIs)

• Real-world experience using high-code in the Power Platform ecosystem (plugins/Custom APIs/JavaScript/PCF)

• Ability to deliver end-to-end communicate clearly and write decent technical documentation

Important: This role requires a developer who can work across model-driven Dataverse integrations ALM not just simple canvas apps/flows.

Nice-to-haves (well support you to learn):

• Dynamics 365 Project Operations and/or Finance & Operations exposure

• Microsoft certification (e.g. PL400)

• Experience in a large enterprise environment with governance/compliance requirements

• UI/UX collaboration (e.g. Figma)

• Testing frameworks structured QA practices automation testing
