Job Summary
Positivum Product Manager Digital Health Platform
MedHealth is seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Product Manager to lead the growth optimisation and evolution of Positivum our proprietary digital health platform that delivers clinical assessment tools and health coaching modules.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of healthcare technology strategy and stakeholder engagement. You will play a key role in driving product innovation improving user experience and supporting scalable growth across multiple business units and customers.

About the Role
As Positivum Product Manager you will own the Positivum product roadmap and work closely with operational teams technical specialists vendors and business stakeholders to deliver impactful product outcomes. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery ensuring the platform remains secure scalable user-focused and commercially valuable.

You will lead product discovery coordinate Agile delivery processes oversee testing and release activities support platform adoption and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Delivery
- Define and evolve the Positivum product roadmap aligned to organisational strategy
- Conduct product discovery activities including user feedback pilots and data analysis
- Translate priorities into Agile delivery workstreams including backlog management and sprint planning
- Drive platform utilisation and onboarding across MedHealth brands
- Support scalable business-as-usual operations and continuous improvement initiatives

Technology & Platform Management
- Support the ongoing evolution of Positivum within an Azure-based environment
- Act as the key liaison between business and technical teams
- Coordinate testing release management and staged rollouts
- Lead user acceptance testing and defect management processes
- Support platform security performance reliability and governance requirements

Stakeholder Engagement & Growth
- Build strong relationships with internal teams vendors and external partners
- Deliver training demonstrations and engagement sessions
- Provide technical and operational support to users
- Support business development activities including presentations and proposals
- Communicate product insights and outcomes to technical and non-technical audiences

Quality Risk & Governance
- Promote compliance with organisational quality management systems
- Identify and manage risks relating to product delivery and data security
- Support governance assurance and compliance processes
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence

Qualifications :
About You
You are a collaborative and adaptable professional who enjoys solving complex problems and delivering meaningful digital health outcomes.
You will bring:
- An allied health qualification (desirable)
- Experience working with digital health or health-adjacent platforms
- Knowledge of Agile methodology Azure Jira Cloud and the product lifecycle
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience working across multiple concurrent projects
- A proactive resilient and solutions-focused mindset
