The Role

As a Portfolio Support Officer youll join our Property Management team and report to the Director of Property Management. Youll support Property Managers with inspections admin maintenance requests and tenancy tasks to help keep everything running smoothly across a busy residential portfolio.

The Ideal Person

The ideal person for this role is organised friendly and eager to learn. You dont need real estate experience but you should be confident using Microsoft Office and bring a people-first mindset that helps you stay calm and helpful under pressure.

Strong communicator with a positive attitude

Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems

Organised reliable and ready to jump in where needed

Motivated to grow a long-term career in real estate
