Lets talk about you

To be successful in this role you will possess:

• Degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Systems or equivalent experience

• 37 years experience in Product Ownership Business Analysis or Engineering within Agile environments

• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum Kanban SAFe) and DevOps practices

• Experience using backlog management tools such as Jira

• Understanding of APIs cloud platforms data services and contact centre or telco technologies

How will you support our Why

• Own and manage the platform backlog ensuring priorities align with business value risk and technical requirements

• Translate business needs into epics user stories and clear acceptance criteria

• Partner with Agile delivery teams to support sprint planning delivery and continuous improvement

• Collaborate with architects engineers and operations teams to deliver scalable secure and compliant solutions

• Balance new feature development with platform maintenance resilience and technical debt initiatives

• Engage stakeholders to align platform roadmaps with business goals and communicate progress risks and outcomes
