We are seeking an experienced and motivated Plant Mechanic with Hydraulic Experience to join our growing team. The successful applicant will be responsible for diagnosing servicing repairing and maintaining a variety of plant and hydraulic equipment both in the workshop and occasionally in the field.

• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on plant and equipment.
• Service and maintain hydraulic systems and components.
• Repair and replace hydraulic hoses fittings pumps motors valves and cylinders.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Read and interpret hydraulic schematics and technical manuals.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic issues efficiently.
• Complete service reports and maintenance records accurately.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Provide professional customer service when dealing with clients.

• Trade qualification as a Plant Mechanic Diesel Mechanic Heavy Vehicle Mechanic Fitter & Turner or similar.
• Proven experience working with hydraulic systems and components.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Current drivers licence.
• Forklift licence (desirable but not essential).
• Welding and fabrication experience (advantageous).
