About the Employer
Our client is an established engineering construction and operations business delivering transport building water and other infrastructure works across Australia. Its multidisciplinary teams support the development and operation of assets used by local communities.

The Opportunity
Coordinate plant onboarding and records so equipment can enter and operate safely across a major construction programme.

Your Work
Maintain plant data verification and tracking in 3D Safety or the project system.
Review safe-work methods inspections risk assessments and maintenance evidence.
Check equipment compliance servicing schedules and expiring certifications.
Coordinate operator onboarding and equipment-to-operator records.
Resolve missing information with suppliers and site teams and escalate plant risks promptly.

Requirements
Skills Education and Requirements
Plant administration construction administration or similar coordination experience.
Knowledge of mechanical plant preferably within civil construction or infrastructure.
Experience with 3D Safety or comparable compliance and plant-management systems.
Accurate record keeping organisation and proactive follow-up.
Confident communication with suppliers subcontractors and site teams.
Plant operating experience or close equipment exposure is highly regarded.
