THE ROLE

As the Upstate Sport brand continues to grow we are looking for a part time (2 days per week) Planner to join the team! In this role you will enable our vision by delivering planning and analysis of sales performance along with stock and purchasing control to maximise sales outcomes and identify opportunities.

Working closely with the Brand Manager and the wider team youll play a key role in partnering with Product Design and broader stakeholders to provide clear data-led insights that support strong commercial decisions. You will analyse historical data to forecast future sales and help manage stock accuracy flow and volume to drive profitability across the brand.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Demonstrated experience working as a Planner where you have had exposure to sales budgets and experience using historical data to predict future trends
• Confidence in your analytical skills to make high-impact decisions
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders
• Self-motivated with great time management skills and high attention to detail
• In depth knowledge of Retail Supply Chain Management
• Ability to understand the implementation of technology and how it impacts supply chain strategies
