2026 Grad Program Salary Package
Base salary: $80000.00
Superannuation: $9600.00
PD allowance: up to $3000.00 
Total package: $93600.00

•  Comprehensive induction - a 2-week comprehensive induction period with ongoing training and development for 12 months. 
   
•  Manageable caseload - A slow build-up in caseload with ongoing support from highly experienced Senior SPs working right alongside you
   
•  Frequent supervision - weekly 1:1 internal supervision & monthly peer supervision youll never feel left on your own and will be well supported
   
• Professional Development - monthly in-service professional development from highly experienced seniors

Qualifications :

• Full Australian work rights
• Registration as a Speech Pathologist with SPA or eligibility to obtain
• Degree in Speech Pathology.
• Police check and Working with Children check (or ability to obtain these before commencing work).
