We are an allied health practice providing a holistic approach to client care through paediatric speech pathology occupational therapy and psychology across our 4 clinic locations in Brendale Eight-Mile Plains Logan & Upper Coomera.

2027 Grad Program Salary Package
Base salary: $80000.00
Superannuation: $9600.00
PD allowance: up to $3000.00 
Total package: $92600.00

• Hybrid role - Clinic-based & community work alongside a multi-disciplinary team of experienced practitioners
   
•  Comprehensive induction - a 2-week comprehensive induction period with ongoing training and development
   
•  Manageable caseload - A slow build-up in caseload with ongoing support from highly experienced Senior SPs working right alongside you
   
•  Frequent supervision - weekly 1:1 internal supervision for the first 6 months then fortnightly peer supervision youll never feel left on your own and will be well supported
   
• Professional Development - monthly in-service professional development from highly experienced seniors

Qualifications :

• Full Australian work rights
• Registration as a Speech Pathologist with SPA or eligibility to obtain
• Degree in Speech Pathology
• Police Check and Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain these before commencing work)
