Your role

Based in Sydney Melbourne Brisbane or Perth youll be part of our Clients & Markets team. The Pitching & Proposals team plays a critical role in helping the firm win retain and grow client relationships by delivering compelling pitches tenders and proposal responses that showcase the strength of our people experience and solutions.
As a Pitching & Proposals Manager in our Clients & Markets team you will:
Lead the delivery of high-quality client-focused pitches panel tenders and transactional proposals partnering with lawyers and business teams to develop compelling and commercially focused submissions.
Apply bestpractice pitching and proposal principles including reviewing and editing submissions for quality consistency and alignment with client expectations.
Own Client Vendor Questionnaires (CVQs) end-to-end including managing intake and triage coordinating responses delivering timely and consistent first-draft submissions and escalating to subject matter experts where required.
Build and maintain a reusable SME-approved response library for CVQs and embed streamlined ways of working that improve efficiency consistency and the client experience across the firm.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity. At Allens we have a hybrid working structure typically 60% in the office and 40% from home. We would be happy to discuss any other flexible working arrangements that best support you.
About you
You will bring:
Demonstrated experience managing bids tenders proposals pitches or other strategic business development initiatives in a professional services legal consulting or similarly complex environment.
Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines.
Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills including the ability to distil complex information into clear consistent and client-focused content.
Experience working with subject matter experts and senior stakeholders to gather information drive decisions and achieve outcomes efficiently.
A continuous improvement mindset with an interest in developing processes knowledge resources and scalable ways of working.
A desire to learn grow network and mentor others.
