Remuneration and Benefits
$80000 $98000 ( subject to experience ) super
$2000 annual PD allowance 3 days paid study leave
$9600 annual vehicle allowance paid fortnightly or a fully serviced company vehicle
Birthday leave one additional day off per year
Early finish Fridays every week

Caseload Matched to You: Referrals are matched to your experience clinical interests and development goals so your caseload is one you are genuinely invested in.
Support Office: Our dedicated support office is there to keep your working week running smoothly including a Client Services team to assist with diary management so you can focus on your clients.
Clinical Support and Team Connection:
- Structured orientation with a gradual caseload build
- 1:1 supervision with experienced in-house supervisors specific for each disaplines
- Group case discussions and peer learning sessions
- MDT collaboration across Physio OT Speech Pathology Exercise Physiology Podiatry and Dietetics
- Fortnightly in-person team meetings and social events throughout the year
- Annual GenPhysio Conference a full day dedicated to our clinicians featuring guest speakers and professional development
Who We Are Looking For

Current drivers licence and right to work in Australia
Relevant registration (AHPRA or SPA) and standard compliance checks
What do you need to have
- Tertiary qualifications
- AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
- Drivers license
- National Police Check First Aid and CPR (or willing to obtain)
- Public Indemnity (PI) & Public Liability (PL) Insurance with a minimum of $10m cover (or willing to obtain)
- NDIS Workers screening (or willing to obtain)
- Appropriate working rights in Australia
