About us
We are a family-owned and operated care provider that has grown from a small local team in 2019 to more than 250 people across the Hunter and Sydney regions. Today we support over 2500 people through the NDIS Commonwealth Home Support and Support at Home programs while keeping the practical down-to-earth approach we started with.
We currently have two positions available:Physiotherapist and Clinical Lead (Physiotherapy).

Range $80k-95k Super Above Award Achievable 67% Weekly KPI
About the role:
- Deliver physiotherapy services across a caseload of aged care clients
- Tailor treatment approaches to individual needs with caseloads matched to your skills and areas of comfort
- Work within a supportive team structure with opportunities to build experience in new or specialised areas over time
- Support aged care clients with a range of presentations including mobility/balance and falls prevention progressive neurological conditions and orthopaedic injuries

Range $100-105k Super Above Award Weekly KPI Reduced Per Clinical Supervisee
About the role:

- Provide physio clinicians with regular supervision
- Facilitate group peer-led clinical education sessions
Successful Candidates Will Have:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Physiotherapist with AHPRA registration
- Experience in Community Private Practice or Hospital settings
- Experience using various outcome measures (DEMMI PMS TUG 6MWT VAS)
- Experience delivering services to a wide range of clientele
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Demonstrated ability to clinically supervise mentor and support clinicians (Clinical Lead role)
