Were recruiting for a well-established private practice with a strong reputation in the local community. Youll be joining a friendly team of five physiotherapists who enjoy working collaboratively and supporting one another. The clinic has a stable and consistent patient base so youll have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with your clients while working across a broad range of presentations.
Starting your first role can be a big step which is why this practice has developed a structured 24-month New Graduate Program. Youll receive ongoing mentoring regular support and a gradual introduction to your caseload allowing you to build confidence without feeling overwhelmed.
The team has successfully supported many new graduates over the years and understands that everyone develops at their own pace.
If you already have clinical experience youll have the opportunity to continue developing your skills while working alongside an experienced and approachable team. There is plenty of scope for professional development and career growth within the practice.
Youll manage a varied caseload including:
- Musculoskeletal physiotherapy
- Rehabilitation
- A small amount of NDIS clients
- Full-time permanent position

Youll be someone who enjoys working with people values teamwork and is committed to delivering quality patient care.
Youll also have:
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Physiotherapy
- AHPRA - general registration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
