Our multidisciplinary team of Physiotherapists Occupational Therapists Podiatrists Speech Pathologists Dietitians and Allied Health Assistants (AHAs) is passionate about improving client outcomes.

This Physiotherapist role focuses on Residential Aged Care working alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised evidence-based therapy programs including mobility and functional programs care plan reviews one-to-one interventions and group-based active ageing services.

Plena is excited to be continuing to grow in the community aged care space and is glad to offer a diverse role that allows clinicians to work across RAC and Community settings.

About you:

You are a team player with strong interpersonal skills a problem-solving mindset and the ability to build trusted relationships with residents families facility staff and colleagues. You understand you are a key representative of Plena Healthcare in residential aged care and the wider community.

To be considered you will hold:

• General AHPRA registration
• Current Police Check or willingness to obtain
• Current drivers licence and access to a vehicle
• Willingness to work in a mobile capacity within a dedicated region
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
• Full Australian working rights
