What you will be doing in this role

Youll play a key role in improving patient outcomes by assessing their conditions setting personalised treatment goals and delivering evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to help achieve those goals. Reporting directly to the Allied Health & Outpatient Services Manager youll make a real impact on patient care while collaborating with a dynamic multidisciplinary team of Dietitians Social Workers and Therapy Assistants.

Youll manage a diverse caseload across both acute care and rehabilitation wards as well as outpatient programs providing you with the opportunity to develop your skills across a wide range of settings and patient needs.

This is a full-time role on a rotational roster including occasional weekend and evening shifts.

Who were looking for:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist is required.
• New Graduates are welcome to apply though experience in an acute care setting is highly desirable.
• Strong empathy and a high level of emotional intelligence are essential.
• Excellent communication skills with proven experience engaging with patients families and team members are a must.
• Flexibility to work on a rotating roster with occasional evening and weekend work.
