• Pay Scale: 98K to 114K Super depending on experience

Therapy Care is a leading NDIS-registered multidisciplinary provider in WesternSydney. With modern clinics in both Blacktown and Penrith we help NDISparticipants reach their goals through collaborative allied health services.

This role offers a rich diverse and deeply rewarding caseload spanningboth paediatric and adult clients. You will support participants with avariety of needs including highly complex physical neurological anddevelopmental disabilities.

Because our caseload involves high complexity we are looking for aclinician who already has a solid foundation in disability care and feelsconfident navigating complex clinical presentations.

The role:

• Delivering evidence-based assessments and interventions across a mixedlifespan caseload- pediatrics to adults.
• Managing complex disability cases including assistive technology (AT)prescriptions and equipment requests.
• Collaborating alongside our multidisciplinary team of OTs SpeechPathologists Support Coordinators Disability Support Workers and BehaviourSupport Practitioners.
• Completing documentation and reporting.

Requirements:

• AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
• Proven experience and deep knowledge within the disability is essentialfor the role with the clinical reasoning required for complex cases.
• Ability to be versatile to work with both kids and adults.
• Current paid WWCC NDIS Worker Screening Check and
• For Contractors only: ABN and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
