The Role

As aPersonal CareWorkeryoullprovide assistance toour residents ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their wellbeing independenceinterestsand choices.

The key focus of the role will be to:

  • To provide high quality safe andtimelycontemporary personal care;assistingwith the functions of daily living according to the individual needs of residents.

  • Support and care for residents as they age andassistingthem tomaintaintheir independence and live with dignityself-determinationand comfort.

  • Assistthe resident with self-care needs safe mobility and transfers and complete documentation.

  • Join a caring community with opportunities to progress your career in nursing or leadership.

  • Ensuring an effective and consumer focused care and service delivery for all residents.

To be successful you will have

  • Certificate III in Individual Support & Ageing (or equivalent)

  • Experience in Aged Care highly regarded

  • Valid working rights in Australia (Passport Birth Certificate etc)

  • Prior to commencement - complete a National Police Check and or a NDIS Workers Check (or willingness to obtain)
