Whats the role

A Personal Banking Advisor at Westpac is a professional who assists customers with their banking needs offering tailored advice and solutions. They help with tasks like opening accounts managing finances and providing guidance on Westpacs products and services. Their role is customer-focused aiming to build strong relationships and ensure a positive banking experience.

• Assist customers with banking transactions including cash deposits and withdrawals
• Maintain accurate cash handling and ensure end-of-day balancing
• Educate customers on digital platforms such as online banking and our award-winning mobile app
• Identify opportunities to improve customers financial wellbeing through tailored solutions
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

We currently have two part-time opportunities available each working 3 days per week. 20 hours per week.

While youll enjoy the benefits of a part-time schedule were looking for team members who can offer flexibility across our branch operating days Monday to Friday with standard branch hours of 8:30am to 4:45pm. Your exact working pattern will be discussed during the recruitment process.

What do I need

• Proven experience in meeting and exceeding KPI targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Passion for building and maintaining strong customer relationships to support sales and banking needs.
• Strong communication skills and excellent time management.
