Whats the role

As aPersonal Bankerwith Westpac you will proactively engage with customers in-person and over the phone to uncover their financial needs utilisingyour expert product knowledge to assist them in achieving their financial willrefer customers to our specialist banking teams such as Home Loans and Business Banking as well as coach customers on our digital banking blends sales and customer service and holds accountability for sales and referral targets all with an uncompromising commitment to empoweringourcustomers to make the most of their money!

This is a full-time branch-based role and the schedule is8:30 am4:36 pm Monday to Friday.

What do I need

• Banking experience is ideal but not essential yourhigh-performer energyand unique ability to gauge and nurturestrong customer relationshipswill be key to driving your success
• Strong experience in acustomer-facing / phone-basedsalesrole
• Resiliencetenacity and an ability toflex no two days and no two customers are ever the same!
• Proven experience of achievingperformance KPIswith an uncompromising commitment to delivering anexceptional customer service
• Comfortable when working withnumbersand adept at navigatingmultiple systems.
