Job Summary

Waverley Christian College is a forward thinking and culturally diverse Christian co-educational school from Kinder to Year 12. We have been providing students with a quality Christian educational experience for over 45 years. With campuses in Wantirna South and Narre Warren South Waverley Christian College has an enrolment of over 2400 students with 400 staff across both campuses in 2026.

Our College is passionate about our Performing Arts program where students discover their voices grow in confidence and bring stories to life on stage. Our Narre Warren South campus is seeking a Performing Arts Administrator (FTE 0.9) who thrives in a varied role and enjoys being at the heart of creative work. You will manage the administration and coordination of our annual productions and key Performing Arts events in both Primary and Secondary schools.

This role plays an important part in supporting our Performing Arts program by enabling teachers students and volunteers to deliver outstanding productions and events. You will oversee logistics communications volunteer coordination and event operations to help bring each performance to life. It is a wonderfully varied role where you will make a genuine impact on our Colleges Performing Arts program.

You are an ideal candidate if you:

  • Bring strong organisational skills and enjoy coordinating multiple events timelines and priorities
  • Have well-developed administrative skills and confidence using Microsoft Office 365
  • Communicate clearly and build positive working relationships with staff students parents and volunteers
  • Are confident working with digital systems databases and event-related communications
  • Enjoy working in a team environment
  • Show initiative flexibility and attention to detail
  • Are able to show a commitment to the values and ethos of Christian education
  • Are willing to get involved in all aspects of the Colleges programs and opportunities
