Synergie Australia is partnering with a leading national organisation to appoint an experienced People Systems & Analytics Manager driving a key SuccessFactors transformation across the business.

The important parts:

• Pay:$1300-$1700 daily rate inclSuper Duration: 6-month contract with potential for permanent transition
• Hours:ASAP start MondayFridaystandard business hours Hybrid working arrangement (3 days in office) North Sydney & Parramatta locations

What you will be required to do:

As a People Systems & Analytics Manager you will supportcritical HR technology operations and a major SuccessFactors transformation project. Youll work closely with HR Payroll IT and business stakeholders to ensure the effective management and optimisation of enterprise people systems.

• Lead the functional ownership of SAP SuccessFactors including Employee Central and related modules.
• Support Project Evolve including the deployment of SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Manage system enhancements upgrades and quarterly SAP releases.
• Provide senior-level support for complex HR and payroll system issues.
• Ensure data integrity compliance governance and payroll accuracy across people systems.
• Partner with HR Payroll IT Finance and external vendors to deliver system improvements and business outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives automation opportunities and reporting enhancements.

To be successful in the role you will:

• Have extensive HRIS/People Systems experience within a large and complex organisation.
• Possess hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (essential).
• Demonstrate strong stakeholder management across HR Payroll IT and business functions.
• Have experience managing system governance change control testing and release management processes.
• Display strong analytical problem-solving and risk management capabilities.
• Be confident operating as a senior functional SME within HR technology environments.
