People Services Officer

About the role
As a People Services Officer youll deliver responsive and effective support to employees managers and internal stakeholders across a range of people processes.
Youll play a key role in ensuring smooth workforce administration maintaining compliance and contributing to a positive employee experience across the organisation.
What youll be doing
- Administering key employment lifecycle processes including contracts onboarding and compliance checks
- Providing timely accurate and professional support to employees and managers
- Acting as a first point of contact for People Services queries
- Escalating complex matters where appropriate
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy
- Supporting consistent and compliant people processes
- Assisting with continuous improvement initiatives and service delivery enhancements
This is a permanent full time position and the salary ranges from $75000 to $80000 per annum including Superannuation.

Qualifications :
About you
You are organised customer-focused and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment. You bring strong attention to detail a proactive mindset and a genuine interest in HR and people operations.
You will have:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in Human Resources or a related discipline
- Entry-level to intermediate knowledge of recruitment and general HR practices
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Experience working with technology and information systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience working in a HR or recruitment team within a professional office environment
- A proactive mindset and interest in continuous improvement
- Working with Children Check clearance (NSW)
- National Police Clearance will be required for the role paid for by Aspect
