About the role:

In this roleof PeopleServices Lead you will provide hands-onday-to-day leadership guidance and support to the People ServicesTeamthat coordinates and overseesonboarding of new employees and internal employment willberesponsible forleadinga small team that delivers high-quality servicesmaintainsaccurateemployee data and recordsofthetransactional employee lifecycle activities.

The role also contributes to the continuous improvement of People Services processessystemsand ways of workingidentifyingopportunities to enhance efficiency service delivery and the employee and leader applicant will have a people focused leadership style that adds values to our high performing team and providing support and escalation asrequired. You will have strong stakeholder relationships skillsand enjoy managing multiple priorities at once.

With the support of the People Services& PayrollManager you will be customer focused in resolvingcomplexpeople operationsqueriesandsolutions focusedtoidentifyprocess improvements and efficiencies. You will have experience working in similarHRoperationsor people services teamswithstrong HR generalist experience.

Day to day responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee the delivery of core People Services processes including onboarding employment changes fixed-term contracts casual conversion workerscreeningand employment lifecycle updates.

• Build andmaintainprofessional relationships with key stakeholders whilst providingtimelyandaccurateadvice to ensure the efficient processing of requests and queries in the team and function.

• Leadcoachand support the People Services team to deliver high-quality customer-focused services.

• Ensure that all customer enquiries are resolved in atimeframethat meets established service level agreements.

• Reviewmapand continuously improve People Services processes systems policies and proceduresidentifyingand implementing opportunities to enhance efficiency service delivery and the employee and leader experience.

• Work with broader People Operations team tomanagecomplianceandgovernance processes.

About you:

• Lead and support an engaged team to deliver value add transactional services and superior service delivery.

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management Business orsimilaris desirable.

• Minimum 5 years experience in a Human Resources People Services or HR generalist role within a fast-paced high-volume environment.

• Sound knowledge of employment legislation industrial instruments privacy obligations and contemporary human resources policiespracticesand trends

• Previousexperience leading a team including training development and mentoring.

• Exceptional organisation and time management skills.

• Attention to detail with the ability to produce work that isaccurateandtimely.

• Tech Savvy inuse of Microsoft Office Suite and systems relevant to the role including SharePoint PeopleSoft or other HRIS Systems& My Recruitment Plus.
