The Opportunity

Partnering closely with leaders across the business youll provide trusted advice on employee relations matters navigate complex people challenges and support key moments throughout the employee lifecycle. This is a varied and rewarding role that combines coaching problem-solving and strategic partnering giving you the opportunity to build leadership capability drive positive workplace outcomes and contribute to a high-performing culture.

What Youll Be Doing

• Support all stages of the employee lifecycle including onboarding probation development engagement and offboarding.
• Provide ongoing support for Workday processes and users including system guidance issue resolution testing process optimisation and adoption of new functionality.
• Partner with People Services and Payroll to improve processes maintain data integrity and enhance the employee experience.
• Build strong relationships with leaders providing pragmatic and commercially focused advice on people matters.
• Manage employee relations cases including performance conduct workplace investigations grievances and policy interpretation.
• Coach leaders to confidently manage people issues and build high-performing teams.
• Prepare employee relations documentation maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
• Identify emerging trends and risks using data and insights to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

What Youll Bring

• Experience in a HR Advisor HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role with a strong employee relations focus.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation industrial instruments and HR best practice.
• Proven ability to manage complex and sensitive people matters with confidence and sound judgement.
• Exceptional relationship-building coaching and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication documentation and organisational skills.
• Experience using HR systems and case management tools; Workday experience will be highly regarded.
