The People & Culture (P&C) division work with the business to deliver valued people solutions that drive CCNSW outcomes through:

The People Experience Coordinator works in partnership with the People & Culture team to support overall P&C division administration and core HR systems data integrity and workforce processes across the employee lifecycle.

The People Experience Coordinator is responsible for the administration maintenance and optimisation of People & Culture systems and employee data ensuring accuracyintegrity and effective use across the organisation while also providing general administrative support to enable the smooth day-to-day operations of the People & Culture division.

The roleis responsible forcoordinating training programs and other internal events ensuring a seamless and engaging employee experience. This role acts as the first point of contact for HR systemsprocessesand general queries providingtimelysupport to stakeholders and triaging enquiries to theappropriate People & Cultureteam members whererequired. The role supports system integrations andreporting andcontributes to the continuous improvement of People & Culture processes and technologies.

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Act as the first point of contact for People & Culture queries providing system and process guidance including end-user support troubleshooting and basic training across HR systems and escalating or directing requests to relevant team members asrequired.
  • Administer andmaintaincore People & Culture systems including Employment Hero (HRIS) Go1 Culture AmpDonesafe Sonder and SharePoint ensuring the accuracy integrity and compliance of employee data across all platforms.
  • Assistwith reporting data extraction and analytics supporting dashboards and insights (e.g. Power BI outputs where relevant).
  • Process invoices inTechnologyOne(Tech1) for the People & Culture team ensuring accuracy andtimelycompletion and provide associated administrative support.
  • Draft relevant People & Culture letters in the system including changes to employment.
  • Support the delivery and coordination of People & Culture programs and processes including onboarding learning and development performance cycles engagementsurveysandremunerationreviews.
  • Coordinate and deliver end-to-end training (face-to-face and virtual) including enrolments scheduling room setup catering materials preparation and post-session follow-up.
  • Monitor and follow up on leave requests coordinating with managers to ensuretimelyapproval and partner with thePayrollteam to supportaccuratefortnightly payroll processing andtimelysubmission of required documentation.

About you:

Essential:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Business Information Systems or a related discipline or equivalent demonstrated experience.
  • Experience in Human Resources HRIS or People & Culture Systems role with exposure to HR systems administration and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Demonstrated experiencemaintainingdata accuracyintegrityand confidentiality within HR systems including data validation and auditing.
  • Experience providing end-user supporttroubleshootingand training with the ability to explain systems and processes to a range of stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting HR processes and employment lifecycle activities including recruitment onboarding and compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare HR correspondence and documentation with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage sensitive data and ensure accuracy across multiple systems.
  • Demonstrated organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

Desirable:

  • Understanding of Superannuation Guarantee legislation and State-based Long Service Leave (LSL) legislation.
  • Experience using Power Automate and Power BI to support automation reporting or analytics.
  • Experience working with HR systems and platforms including Employment Hero Go1 Culture AmpDonesafeand SharePoint.
