The Opportunity

WEM has a rewarding opportunity for aPeople & Culture Coordinatorto join our our Head Officein Norwest Business Park(Bella Vista) this role is a key member of the People & Culture Team providing HR and recruitment supportmaintainingHR systems andprocesses anddelivering first level HR support and advice toemployees and managers.

As the People & Culture Coordinator you will play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle recruitmentactivitiesand day-to-day HR operations helping to ensure a positive employee experience across the business.

This is a diverse hands-on role that offers exposure to a broad range of Human Resources functions making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their HR career within a growing and dynamic organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level HR support and guidance to employees and managers

  • Coordinate recruitment activities including job advertisements candidate screeninginterviewsand pre-employment checks

  • Prepare employment contractslettersand HR documentation

  • Support onboarding probation employeechangesand offboarding processes

  • Maintain employee records and HR systems

  • Coordinate learning and development activities

  • Prepare HR reports and workforce data

  • Assist with HR projectsinitiativesand employee engagement activities

  • Support the delivery of a positive employee experience across the business

About You

We are looking for someone who is organised proactive and passionate about people.

You will ideally have:

  • Qualifications (or be currently studying) in Human ResourcesBusinessor a related discipline

  • Previousadministration experience preferably within an HR or recruitment environment

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities

  • A proactiveapproachwith the ability to show initiative and take ownershipof works tasks

  • The ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the business

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM-based systems

PreviousHR experience is desirable but not essential. Most importantly we are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow their career within People & Culture.
