The Position
The People Culture and Office Administrator providesadministrative support across the People and Culture function and generalday-to-day office operations contributing to the efficient delivery of P&Cservices and organisational support.
Reporting to the P&C Business Partner you willsupport our people processes across the employment lifecycle includingrecruitment onboarding HRIS administration development and offboarding.
As a member of the P&C team you will be integralto delivering a positive employee experience through timely confidential andefficient administrative support.
The annual Salary for this role is $75000 plus superannuation and access to salary packaging. This role could be part-time (4 days) for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
-Provide administrative support across theemployee lifecycle including recruitment onboarding induction trainingcoordination and offboarding
-Provide administrative support across P&Cdocumentation reporting compliance performance review processes systemimprovements and HRIS-related initiatives.
-Maintain accurate and confidential P&Crecords support HRIS workflows and assist with payroll administration asrequired.
-Provide office administration support across allHousingFirst office locations including supplies and equipment managementworkplace coordination and support for events and hospitality.
As our ideal candidate you will have:
-Desire to be part of a values driven andcommunity focussed organisation
-Proven administrativeand organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks andpriorities effectively
-Demonstratedexperience in a similar P&C administrative or support role preferably withat least 12 months relevant experience.
-Knowledge andexperience of working with HRIS (preferably Employment Hero) highly regarded
-Organised and strong attention to detail
-Self starter and good communication skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (WordExcel PowerPoint)
-Ability to maintain confidentiality
