Reporting to the General Manager People & Capability you will partner with senior leaders across Support Office Corporate Clinics and Franchise Partners to deliver impactful people solutions that strengthen capability leadership performance safety and is an exciting opportunity for a strategic leader who combines commercial thinking with a passion for building high-performing teams and creating meaningful employee the roleAs the People & Capability Manager you will lead a team of People & Safety Business Partners and provide strategic leadership across the full spectrum of People & Capability including workplace relations organisational development workforce planning safety injury management wellbeing and employee will be a trusted advisor to leaders across the organisation providing pragmatic and commercially focused advice while driving the continued maturity of our People partnering responsibilities include:Strategic People Partnering Lead the People & Capability Business Partnering function delivering strategic people solutions across Support Office Corporate Clinics and Franchise Partner with senior leaders to align workforce strategy capability culture and business leaders across the employee lifecycle including workforce planning performance employee relations organisational change and leadership initiatives that strengthen leadership capability engagement organisational effectiveness and a high-performing workforce insights and analytics to identify trends inform decisions and drive continuous Relations and Risk ManagementProvide strategic advice across complex workplace relations matters including investigations grievances performance management organisational restructures and broader change employment legislation industrial instruments modern awards and policies to deliver compliant and commercially focused people risks and strengthen governance frameworks and processes across the People & Capability Health and Wellbeing LeadershipProvide strategic leadership and governance of MediAesthetics Safety Health and Wellbeing framework ensuring compliance and alignment with business with leaders to embed proactive safety practices and strengthen a positive safety incident management investigations corrective actions and risk mitigation activities to ensure effective safety initiatives that promote employee wellbeing psychological safety resilience and a supportive workplace Management and Return to WorkLead the organisations injury management framework ensuring compliance with workers compensation obligations and contemporary recovery workplace injury management processes ensuring early intervention effective case management and sustainable return-to-work with leaders employees medical providers and external stakeholders to develop effective recovery-at-work injury trends claims data and return-to-work outcomes to identify opportunities for prevention and continuous ExcellenceLead coach and develop a team of People & Safety Business Partners building capability and strengthening the impact of the People with the Talent and Operations Manager to deliver an integrated People &Capability service model spanning talent acquisition onboarding capability development workforce planning and employee as a senior member of the People & Capability leadership team influencing strategy and embedding contemporary people a culture of accountability inclusion continuous improvement and values-led youYou are an experienced People leader who thrives in complex fast-paced environments and enjoys partnering with leaders to deliver meaningful organisational will bring:5 years demonstrated experience in a senior People & Culture leadership role such as People & Culture Manager Senior HR Business Partner or experience leading strategic people partnering across employee relations organisational development workforce planning safety and influencing and coaching senior leaders to improve people outcomes and build leadership knowledge of employment legislation industrial relations modern awards enterprise agreements and workplace health and safety managing complex employee relations matters organisational change and workforce transformation commercial acumen with the ability to balance strategic priorities with operational stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build trust influence decisions and operate effectively across all levels of an analytical capability with experience using people data and insights to drive informed commitment to professionalism integrity confidentiality and sound judgement when managing sensitive will ideally hold tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Business Psychology Law or a related join MediAestheticsThis is an opportunity
