The role
As a People Advisor youll be responsible for helping managers and staff navigate everything from recruitment and entitlements to workplace safety and employment conditions. Youll be the person they turn to for clear timely guidance that aligns with public sector rules and departmental policies. Youll help shape and maintain the departments organisational structure making sure its accurate compliant and ready to evolve as the business does.
The team works in a fast-paced environment so being responsive and customer-focused is key. Youll need to stay sharp on changing policies systems and business priorities and bring that knowledge into every conversation. Whether its updating SAP data contributing to team projects or driving process improvements your work will help ensure People and Culture services are practical relevant and well understood across the organisation.

What you will bring to the role

What is an essential requirement:
- Tertiary qualifications in human resources or related discipline or relevant equivalent experience.
