Job Summary

Were looking for a People & Culture Coordinator who loves helping people improving processes and making things happen. Youll be at the centre of the employee experience supporting recruitment onboarding employment changes people reporting and everything in between.

What youll be doing

  • Supporting our people through every stage of their journey from onboarding and career moves through to offboarding
  • Being the go-to person for employee and leader questions delivering support thats helpful responsive and people-focused
  • Partnering with our Talent team to bring great people into ATCO from advertising opportunities to welcoming new starters
  • Keeping our people data accurate up-to-date and flowing smoothly across our HR systems
  • Turning workforce data into meaningful insights that help leaders make informed decisions
  • Finding smarter ways of working by improving processes systems and the overall employee experience

What youll bring

  • Experience in HR People & Culture People Operations or a similar people-focused role with confidence working across HR systems reporting and employee data.
  • Highly organised with a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to delivering accurate high-quality outcomes.
  • A strong communicator who builds positive relationships provides great service and enjoys helping people navigate challenges.
  • Proactive adaptable and solutions-focused with a passion for continuous improvement and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
