Your Opportunity

As our P&C Advisor youll play a key role in supporting Project Sundial providing specialist HR support to ensure the smooth transition of employees systems and processes during a significant business transformation. Youll partner closely with leaders and employees while managing the practical execution of employee transition activities ensuring a positive employee experience and compliance with employment obligations.

Youll also make an impact by:

• Managing end-to-end employee transition activities including employment contracts transfer documentation payroll coordination superannuation setup and onboarding activities.
• Leading consultation and communication activities to support the migration of employees onto Cuscal employment contracts and systems. 
• Building trusted relationships with senior leaders providing practical HR advice while ensuring employee changes are efficiently executed and documented.

Qualifications :

What Youll Bring

To succeed in this role youll have:

• Minimum 3 years experience in an HR Advisor or People & Culture Advisor role. 
• Previous experience supporting employee transition integration organisational change or workforce migration projects. 
• Strong working knowledge of employment legislation employee relations contracts transfers of employment and consultation processes.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and partner effectively with leaders. 

Youll stand out from the crowd if you have:

• Experience managing complex employee consultation processes or large-scale workforce transition initiatives.
• A hands-on approach and willingness to own both strategic conversations and operational delivery.
• The ability to move seamlessly between influencing senior stakeholders and executing detailed administration activities such as contracts employee transfers and payroll coordination.
