The Opportunity
Brockman Engineering is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to take ownership of our end-to-end weekly payroll in a permanent part-time (0.8 FTE) role based at our Geelong office.
Key Responsibilities
As our Payroll Officer you will be responsible for:
- End-to-end weekly payroll processing
- Interpretation of Enterprise Agreement conditions and payroll legislation
- Payroll Tax WorkCover Portable Long Service Leave and superannuation compliance
- Maintaining payroll records and responding to employee enquiries
- Supporting payroll reporting reconciliations and continuous process improvement
About You
Youll bring:
- At least 3 years experience in an end-to-end payroll position
- Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and Enterprise Agreements
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Experience using payroll and time & attendance systems
- A proactive collaborative approach and commitment to exceptional customer service
