The Opportunity
Brockman Engineering is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to take ownership of our end-to-end weekly payroll in a permanent part-time (0.8 FTE) role based at our Geelong office.
Key Responsibilities
As our Payroll Officer you will be responsible for:
End-to-end weekly payroll processing
Interpretation of Enterprise Agreement conditions and payroll legislation
Payroll Tax WorkCover Portable Long Service Leave and superannuation compliance
Maintaining payroll records and responding to employee enquiries
Supporting payroll reporting reconciliations and continuous process improvement
About You
Youll bring:
At least 3 years experience in an end-to-end payroll position
Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and Enterprise Agreements
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Experience using payroll and time & attendance systems
A proactive collaborative approach and commitment to exceptional customer service
