Were looking for a Payroll Officer to help deliver accurate and timely payroll services while supporting a range of payroll administration activities in a team of 6 reporting to the Payroll Supervisor. This is an office based role initially providing the opportunity to work closely with the Finance team and gain a strong understanding of payroll operations. Following the successful completion of a six month probation period a hybrid working arrangement will be available.
What youll do:
Process end-to-end weekly payrolls weekly
Maintain employee records and payroll data
Respond to payroll queries and manage the payroll inbox
Assist with superannuation PAYG payroll tax and reporting
Support payroll system maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives
What youll bring:
23 years payroll experience
Strong knowledge of Awards and Enterprise Agreements
High attention to detail and confidentiality
Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills
