What Youll Be Doing

Processingend-to-end payrollaccurately and on time

Managing payroll queries with a friendly and helpful approach

Maintaining employee payroll records and ensuringdata integrity

Processing payroll changes including new starters terminations and salary updates

Assisting withpayroll reconciliations reporting and compliance activities

Working closely with HR and Finance teams to keep everything running smoothly

Helping identify opportunities toimprove payroll processes and efficiency

What Were Looking For

Approximately3 years experience in a payroll position

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities

A positivecustomer serviceethicteam-focusedattitude and great communication skills

Confidence using Excel and Payroll related technologies

Good understanding ofpayroll legislation awards superannuation and payroll compliancerequirements

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience usingiChris or Chris21(desirable)
Experience working in a large or complex organisation with white and blue collar employees
Exposure to payroll reporting and reconciliations
