Job Summary
In this role you will manage calendars coordinate travel and regional clinic schedules communicate scheduling updates oversee court appearance requests and provide high-quality administrative support.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in healthcare administration executive support or appointment coordination will be highly regarded.

Qualifications :
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with medical specialists clients and internal stakeholders.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills particularly in Word Excel and Outlook with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
- A methodical and solutions-focused approach with a commitment to quality continuous improvement and best practice.
- The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
- A proactive customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality administrative support.
