Pastry Chef de Partie Marmelo

We are seeking a talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join our high-performing culinary team. As a part of the role you will:

• Support a designated pastry section with responsibilities aligned to your level of experience and expertise. 
• Prepare produce and present exceptional pastries desserts and baked goods that consistently meet quality and presentation standards. 
• Collaborate closely with the broader culinary team to deliver seamless service and an outstanding guest experience. 
• Uphold the highest standards of food safety hygiene and workplace organisation within a professional kitchen environment. 
• Contribute to effective inventory management stock control and waste minimisation initiatives. 
• Support continuous improvement through creativity innovation and a commitment to culinary excellence. 

Qualifications :

About You:

• Previous experience as a Pastry Demi Chef or Chef de Partie in a hatted restaurant
• A genuine passion for pastry arts with a strong focus on quality precision and attention to detail. 
• Well-developed organisational and time management skills with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. 
• A collaborative and positive approach coupled with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow. 
• Sound understanding of food safety hygiene and kitchen best practices.
