Parts Interpreter Major Accounts

Truck Centre WA is looking for an experienced Parts Interpreter Major Accounts to join our high-performing team at our Forrestfield Head Office.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Parts Interpreter to take the next step in their career working closely with our major customers and internal teams.

Youll provide expert parts advice build and maintain strong customer relationships identify sales opportunities and ensure our major accounts receive exceptional service and support.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage and develop strong relationships with major customers
• Provide expert parts interpretation and advice
• Prepare and process parts quotes and sales
• Identify opportunities to grow parts sales and customer relationships
• Support workshop and customer requirements
• Ensure accurate and timely parts supply
• Deliver exceptional customer service

• Previous Parts Interpreting experience ideally within the heavy vehicle industry
• Strong knowledge and interest in heavy automotive
• Experience working with major accounts or key customers is highly desirable
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• High attention to detail and computer literacy
• Commercially focused with a proactive can-do attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
