As a Parts Interpreter at Hutcheon & Pearce youll be the essential connector who keeps our customers technicians and local farming forestry and construction communities moving.

In this peoplefocused role youll be the trusted expert who helps diagnose parts needs manage orders respond to enquiries and keep our service team stocked and ready. From your spot on the counter to the heart of the workshop every day brings new challenges and real impact.

What Youll Be Doing

• Promotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer needs.
• Supplies Service Technicians with parts as required.
• Researches and interprets parts requirements.
• Places machine down and stock orders.
• Verifies receipting-in of shipments and assists with delivery to proper inventory locations.
• Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays.
• Assists in keeping the parts department clean and orderly.
• Follows up on back orders and shortages advancing issues by reporting to the manager.
• Maintains current product knowledge.
• Participates in Sales training programs
