This is a Fixed Term opportunity ending February 2027.

Were looking for a Brand Partnerships Manager to join our Connections Team. Youll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery and activation of LIONs brand partnerships ensuring partnership rights are executed to a high standard and integrated into marketing campaigns to deliver agreed brand and commercial objectives.

A day in the life:

Reporting to the Brand Partnerships Leader you will:

• Deliver partnership activation plans aligned to brand and commercial objectives
• Manage key partnerships and ensure rights are executed to a high standard
• Build strong relationships with Brand Sales Shopper Events and agency teams
• Lead partnership approvals including talent IP and rights management
• Identify opportunities to maximise partnership value and grow existing relationships
• Track performance against KPIs and provide insights to optimise future activity

What youll bring:

• Experience in brand partnerships sponsorship or marketing ideally within FMCG or sporting industries
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Excellent project management and organisational capability
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A degree in Marketing Business or a related discipline is desirable
