Partnerships Lead

About the Role

The Partnerships Lead is responsible for the development and implementation of TABtouchs partnership strategy. The role oversees corporate partnerships and activations that strengthen brand awareness drive acquisition and enhance customer engagement across racetracks the TAB retail network and hospitality environments.

This is a hands-on role responsible for delivering activations maximising contract deliverables and also managing corporate hospitality agreements and assets which support the HVC team to deliver exceptional experiences to customers. 

Key Accountabilities

• Identify and secure partnership opportunities aligned to business objectives and budget
• Develop and manage partnership contracts and relationships
• Manage the corporate partnership budget to maximise ROI and brand integration.
• Execute partnership deliverables including assets signage and promotional materials
• Identify and activate major sport and racing events to maximise customer engagement and brand reach
• Partner with Retail to strengthen venue relationships through targeted activations
• Coordinate promotions merchandise competitions and customer experiences
• Manage agencies suppliers and casual staff to deliver activation programs
• Ensure partnership activity complies with Responsible Wagering brand and regulatory requirements
• Manage procurement contracts and budgets within approved controls
• Monitor partnership performance and identify optimisation opportunities

Qualifications :

About You

• Experience in partnerships sponsorship events or brand activations
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and manage commercial partnership agreements
• Strong project management skills with experience delivering activations events or promotional campaigns
• Experience managing budgets agencies suppliers and multiple stakeholders
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to evaluate partnership performance and return on investment
• Ability to work in a fast paced regulated environment and manage competing priorities
• Passion for delivering engaging customer experiences and bringing brands to life
