We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Part-Time Certificate III Educator to join our team at Mini Masterminds Riverstone (52-place centre).

About the Role
As a Certificate III Educator you will work as part of a collaborative team to create engaging play-based learning experiences that support childrens learning development and wellbeing.
Youll play an important role in building strong relationships with children and families while contributing to a safe inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the implementation of engaging educational programs
Create a safe welcoming and inclusive learning environment
Build meaningful relationships with children families and colleagues
Observe and document childrens learning and development
Work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality education and care
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) National Quality Standards (NQS) and all relevant legislation
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the centre
Support childrens wellbeing and development through meaningful interactions

About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Current First Aid CPR Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
Current Child Protection training/certificate
Basic knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for early childhood education
