We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Part-Time Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our team at Mini Masterminds North Parramatta (87-place centre).

About the Role
As an Early Childhood Teacher you will play a key role in delivering high-quality educational programs that inspire childrens curiosity creativity and lifelong love of learning.
Working collaboratively with the Centre Leadership Team and educators you will create meaningful learning experiences support childrens development and contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Plan implement and evaluate educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Foster a safe engaging and inclusive learning environment
Observe assess and document childrens learning and development
Build strong relationships with children families and colleagues
Collaborate with educators to deliver high-quality education and care
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) National Quality Standards (NQS) and all relevant legislation
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the centre
Promote childrens wellbeing learning and development through meaningful interactions

About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
Be able to work on Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays
Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Current First Aid CPR Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
Current Child Protection training/certificate
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for delivering high-quality education and care
