We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Part-Time Diploma Educator to join our team at Mini Masterminds Box Hill (84-place centre).

About the Role
As a Diploma Educator you will work collaboratively with your team to deliver engaging play-based learning experiences that support each childs learning development and wellbeing.
You will build meaningful relationships with children and families while contributing to a positive inclusive and high-quality learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning and implementation of engaging educational programs
Create a safe nurturing and inclusive learning environment
Observe and document childrens learning and development
Build positive relationships with children families and colleagues
Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality education and care
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) National Quality Standards (NQS) and all relevant legislation
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the centre
Support childrens wellbeing learning and development through meaningful interactions

About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
Available to work MondayThursday with the flexibility to work up to 10 hour shifts
Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Current First Aid CPR Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
Current Child Protection training/certificate
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for early childhood education
