About the role
This is a Fixed Term Position until 30 April 2027
Job Location: 1 Spring Street Melbourne
The position provides legal administrative and project support to the PLIA branch assisting with legal research documentation and the delivery of legal services. The role is suited to recent law graduates or law students with strong attention to detail initiative research skills and a willingness to learn and collaborate.
The position manages a range of administrative tasks supports legal matter and records management prepares correspondence and helps improve processes and workflows. It also requires building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders prioritising tasks and providing high-quality client-focused support to the Legal group.

- Demonstrates strong attention to detail through legal research drafting project support and delivering high-quality work within agreed timeframes.

Qualifications and experience
Youllbring:
- Experience in using computer applications including electronic case and records management systems Microsoft office products and Cloud systems. (Mandatory)
- Experience in paralegal or legal administrative support duties. (Mandatory)
- Qualification in Law or currently in the process of fulfilling a qualification in Law. (Desirable)
