The Position

As Unit Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of a single-person site while continuing to deliver exceptional customer service and food experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building positive relationships with clients and customers.
• Managing daily catering and food service operations.
• Ordering stock and managing inventory requirements.
• Completing weekly reporting and administrative tasks.
• Driving operational efficiency while maintaining service quality.
• Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
• Ensuring compliance with company and food safety standards.
• Acting as the face of the business on site.

The Person

• Has a passion for hospitality and customer service.
